Vendor Application Fee to cover management software and expenses associated $20 

• Four Booth Types: The agreement categorizes vendors into four distinct types, each with unique fees and responsibilities:

  • Regular Vendors: For those offering agricultural food, products, or artisan crafts. $30 Booth Fee or 10% of sales.

  • Advertising Vendors: For businesses focused on promotion rather than direct sales. $40  Included If you are a sponsor you also have Priority. 

  • Food Vendors: Vendors offering prepared food, adhering to health and safety standards. $50 

• Booth Fees: Each vendor type is associated with a specific fee, reflective of the value and space usage at the market. The fees are structured to accommodate the range from youth initiatives to full commercial operations like food trucks.

• Vendor Obligations: Depending on the booth type, vendors have specific obligations ranging from product quality to adherence to health regulations, aiming to maintain a high standard of market offerings and operations. Including but not limited to Utah House Bill 181 and cottage licenses. 

• Payment Terms: Fees for booth rental are specified, with payment schedules clearly defined to ensure smooth operations.  

• Rules and Regulations Compliance: Vendors must comply with all market rules, in addition to local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring a safe and lawful market environment.
